They don't seem to want to bargain at this time of year. If you want to sell a car then DEAL! We are over an hour away and it was like talking to a cat. They didn't respond.

$1700 Headlamp order and installation went okay, but they forgot to paint my $63 headlamp washer cover. Because I paid for the Special Order headlamp up front, their system couldn't print a final total bill so the Advisor had to write the final total paid by hand. They did provide a courtesy Lyft for the dropoff and pickup.

Since my car was towed to their shop Friday afternoon, they immediately contacted me to inform me that my car had arrived at their shop. Early Monday morning I received another call to inform me what needed replacement and all the work was done by noon.

Said need brakes pads and rotors replaced. Went for a second opinion and said I have at least 50% life left. I questioned why rotors also they said it comes together. Which I knew was bull hence I went for second opinion. Wanted $800 for unnecessary replacement and work.

Service was satisfactory. Customer experience not what I expected from a Volvo service department, based on visits to dealers where we previously resided. (30 years as a Volvo owner) Didn't get the feeling that I was valued as a customer. Will most likely consider using another local off brand dealer for routine service, instead of driving the 63 miles to this dealer. *****Be aware that SERVICE location is not at the DEALER location!!! This was not communicated when appointment was booked!!
