I had a 1 p.m. appointment for an oil change. They didn't get started on my car until 3:15. Finally finished at 4 p.m. Three hours for an oil change is way too long. To their credit, they didn't charge me. Hopefully they will be quicker next time.

Absolutely the BEST. I had only had this car one month and had taken it back to dealer in Florida 3 times to check air in tire. All they did was put more air in. And I did it myself one more time. Your people found a screw in the sidewall and with the warranty I purchased they replaced the tire.
