Ulmer's did a fantastic job all around. I got my car serviced right away and they have a shuttle service which was so convenient. Joseph was so kind and professional. They inspected my car and informed me of what they found. I am definitely going to be going back!! I highly recommend Ulmer's.

Gabe is awesome! He's been my mechanic for years! Also, a car service is offered to drive you wherever- after dropping off your vehicle:) They gave me the choice to choose which service to accept. I still have work to do, but I'll definitely return! A car is an investment and I'm definitely investing, but the outcome is worth it!

My boy goes to Univ of Cincinnati and we live near Indianapolis. The staff was fantastic and helpful getting our boy's car in and serviced, quickly. He had a radiator that was starting to leak pretty severe. The car was under warranty and they were very patient and helpful dealing with the warranty company. They made this ordeal a very smooth and easy process.
