I didn't like that it took nearly two weeks to get my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. Or, that I had mentioned an issue with my trucks electronics a month earlier when I took it in for regular service a couple weeks earlier. I did like that I was provided a loaner vehicle.

I can not find any way that I could have been treated better. From the moment I arrived the door immediately opened, I was immediately greeted with respect. The service area, waiting area and showroom is immaculate. The service advisor speaks politely and kindly, and the cashier is so gracious it is a pleasure to pay - - and best of all - no extra funny or hidden charges. Everything is explained in a clear and understandable manner.
