The dealership had the car for a week, which was understandable. I just wish they were more communicative. Except for the initial diagnosis I receive the day I brought the car in for service, I received no further progress reports or any estimate of time of completion. It was like they were saying, "You'll have to call us because we won't call you," although I'm sure it was just a lack of oversight and not intentional. Richard

After trying a vehicle, and saying it wasn't what we were looking for, the salesman said we should check other dealers by phone first so we wouldn't waste a salesman's time..."or your own either," he added as an afterthought.... I thought this was pretty dismissive. Not a good tactic for encouraging a sale or suggesting an alternative. Sorry we wasted his time.

Told the dealership I was interested in the vehicle but wanted to know what the delivery charge was. Also they offered a protection package for ($1498) which I thought was expensive and if a person had to take it. The person I spoke to said they would check it out and get back to me. Never happened
