Been back 3 times now and still have not got the problem resolved. Last time they replaced a taillight that had water in it to fix an ABS problem. I trusted them and they told me we would "talk about it" if it did not fix the problem. I would not take any car to this place. Then when I asked them for documents so that I can try and take this to another shop they have not responded to my request.

Turner did a very good job, however, if I were to rate the service environment or friendliness of the sales team that would be a 1. I wasn't met at my vehicle, the service to be performed on my vehicle nor price was explained, there wasn't a conversation at all. Upon completion the keys were handed to me with a thank you. Would I recommend, there should be a maybe.

I took my truck in three times to get the air fixed the driver side actuator and three times they didn't fix it but they charge me for everything else. I'm just so tired of the dealership not fixing it. I took it to individuals garage and they fixed it in one afternoon for $1200 where the other ones got almost $3000 and never fixed any of the things I asked for.

Customer service is horrible! There only about money and like to charge before getting Customer approval. They are way over priced ! And they will argue with you to cover themselves. Your wrong and there right. Will never take my car back and absolutely noway refer them.

They found out what was wrong the first day it was drivable it sat there going on 2 weeks with out letting me know what was going on but waiting on parts. I understand if it was unsafe to drive but it wasn't they could have let me have it back and notify me when the parts come in .I would have brought it back to them

I cannot make business if I don't have seen what I'm buying or test drive it but the sales men got his attitude and said walk away then well bye is not the way to make business if you don't have what the truck to sale
