Kevin and the team were very kind and attentive. They did the work in a speedy fashion while I waited. This was at the end of the month when they're doing a lot of state inspections. Most repair shops turn you away and tell you to come back after the rush. I do appreciate Tuffy for making me feel like a valued customer. I will be a repeat customer.

The mechanic and receptionist were respectful and friendly. I gave them a 3 because I was charged $90.00 for air condition service but according to my invoice it showed no itemization of any service performed. It did not indicate checks for leaks, cleaning, or freon added. I guess I was charge $90.00 just for it to be looked at.

My car was there for 3 days for the repair that should have been completed in one day. If they had been too busy, I should have been informed so I could make other arrangements. They made an unauthorized repair costing me an extra $300. I was not pleased that one of the repairs was an issue that should have been caught on the inspection I had done there back in August. Not really pleased with the service this time.
