My wife and I have been going to TUFFY on Smoky Row in Columbus for years now. Alan and his crew has always done excellent work and treat their customers great. There have been times the car issues were minor and we weren't charged. And recently I got a hose fixed and they noticed my oil was low and put in a couple free quarts to hold me till I could get an oil change. This is a place you can indeed trust.

He was actually very fabulous. I don't know the gentleman's name, but I think he's the manager, but he helped me out tremendously even took it the second time cause he had to fix one thing and didn't even charge me for it. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I can always count on Alan to only recommend service that he truly thinks is necessary. He reviewed our previous service records and then gave us a list of what needed to be done on my car that has 115,000 miles on it as well as an estimate of the final costs.

Allan is a great guy. Take all your cars to him. He'll do the right thing for you. A relative lives near his shop, and told me about him. In turn, I signed up another relative and multiple friends. We have two older cars and need his services on a regular basis.
