This Tuffys location is honestly the best shop in the UCF area. I've brought my car there several times at this point - even for emergencies. Someone is always available to answer my call and they ALWAYS fit me in for scheduling. I've never had an issue with the duration of the service and they are quick and efficient. Honda dealership near me gave me a quote almost the same as Tuffy and the dealership told me what was actually wrong with my car and very clearly described what I needed. Tuffy on the other hand just said this is the cost, womp womp. They were not very nice, wouldn't go again.

Tuffy's is hands down one of the best auto shops I've been to! The staff is friendly, honest, and genuinely care about doing quality work. They did a good job on my car. It was a lot to get done and they got it done at a reasonable time. the tires, the brakes, the windshield wipers all done by the end of the day. and they gave me a discount on top of fixing everything. great job as always.

I had an appointment at 12:00 for an oil change, but I picked up a shift at my job that had me coming in earlier than I thought. I got there at 11:30, and asked Frank if I could just do it now, and without hesitation, he got me in, no problems. I got my oil changed, and made in on time, thanks to the accommodation of the staff. I can not thank those guys enough, they always give me the best customer service!

As always, Tuffy never disappoints!!
I would suggest though if there is anyway possible to do something with the sitting area being by the front door. It was in the low 40's & every time the door opened we felt like we were sitting outside. It was so cold while waiting. I don't know how that could possibly be remedied but it would be awesome if it could.
