Contacted to advise about the incorrect vehicle. They called back and apologised for the mix up. Then, received an estimate for nearly $3200 in "emergency" items that needed to be addressed. On second opinion there is some wear, but nothing unexpected from a 10 year old vehicle. If you use Tuffy, make sure to get a second opinion on items noted in the "Courtesy Inspection".

Tired of poor customer service and overpriced maintenance at the local Mercedes Dealership. Couldn't have been more pleased with Tuffy- completed requested service, reviewed my service history to note things coming due, and provided an estimate for upcoming services to plan for. Polite and customer service focused staff definitely beat a fancy waiting area.

They didn't replace the old stud, but brought my truck to me like it was done. Now I have to take it back and waste another trip and my time and hope they actually fix it this time.

I recently had to go to a dealership's auto shop for an engine recall and they listed a bunch of other issues that totaled over $1200. I took my car to Tuffy and didn't need have the stuff done. What I did need repaired, Tuffy did for half the cost. Everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and treated me with respect.

This was my first visit to the Tuffy location in Grove City Ohio and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in and they checked it out right away and told me what the problem was and they were able to take in right in to get fixed and I got it back the same day! They were professional and friendly and very helpful with everything and I will for sure go back to this location.

My husband and I took my Traverse in for the air conditioning to be fixed, we were told that it was checked for leak, and that there wasn't a leak only to have the air work for less than one week and when we took it back Tuffy told us that there was a leak, and that it would be an additional $1,100. How can there not be a leak but one week a leak appears and all of the refrigerant gone and the air not working again? Very upet!!
