AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I was charged $1400 for brakes and tires alignment and oil change. When I got my vehicle a day and a half later, my drivers side window wouldnt work and when I touch the brakes the truck pulls to the left badly. It is as if nothing was done to the truck except putting on new tires. The service writer Jim Vick was rude and ignorant and treated me like garbage. Today will be my third trip to try and have the repairs done correctly.

Mr. Wimer, we are truly sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We have a team of 10 men & women that are dedicated to serving customers on their vehicle needs, this is how we provide for our selves and our families, so I hope you can understand that the last thing we would ever want is for a customer to feel unsatisfied with our services. I do know that Dan (our GM), and Smokey (our Shop Foreman), made you and your vehicle their highest priority and worked very hard to solve the issues on your vehicle. Smokey was able to pinpoint an issue within your brake system, that was unrelated to our earlier services, and this was taken care of free of charge (as it should be). It is normal practice to lower the driver side window when we bring a vehicle into our shop for both safety and repair reasons. There are a lot of things going on within a shop and we need people driving vehicles in to the shop to hear what is going on around them. Also, we want the window down so we can hear noises that a vehicle might be making that can be heard better with the window down. With that said, your window went down for us, but it would not go back up. As we made you aware the main window switch on your driver door is failing. To get your window up our technician, Alex, had to remove the switch and use his technical ability to get your window back up, and he did forget to plug that switch back in. That was a mistake on Alex's behalf, but I wanted to explain how that happened. You made us aware that you feel James was rude with you, and I am sorry that we left that impression with you. James is a true auto repair professional, this industry is how he provides for himself and his family, and it was not his intent to be rude. He was trying to explain that a 24 year old vehicle can provide challenges even during normal repairs, as was the case with your vehicle. Tuffy always does an excellent job anytime I have had my car serviced there including this time. They get your car in the same day or next day. They keep you informed and there waiting room is always clean. This time visit I brought my car in Thursday late afternoon and they said that they could have it done by Friday afternoon. They actually had it done Friday morning. I would definitely recommend them for any service work you need done to your vehicle
