I liked thatmy car was taken at the "appointment time" and I didn"t have to wait. I had received a card in the mail saying that I may need several services done at the milage that I was at. I didn't need anything except my oil changed. I appreciate that Tuffy is honest regarding what services need to be done, and that I "am not taken advantage of."

Had my rear tire sensor batteries replaced elsewhere and it took nearly 2 hours.
When the front needed replacement, I went to Tuffy. Both done in way less than an hour and $60 less expensive! Tuffy gets all my car maintenance in the future!

I'm grateful the mechanics did the less expensive solution first and said if it doesn't work, they'll knock off their labor cost if I end up needing the more expensive solution. I feel like they're looking out for my best interest, a feeling I seldom have anymore. They also scanned the software on two occasions and didn't charge me for it unlike the shop nearby which charged me $150 for one scan.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I got an appointment that same day ( within a couple of hours}. My tires were rotated free of charge, my car was checked and I was told nothing else was necessary. I was able to use a coupon and got my card punched ( next oil change will be free!}

My outside mirror on the drivers' side was acting "crazy"---vehicles, trees, etc. "racing " crazily by. I felt that it was unsafe to drive. Pete explained to me that the mirror had been knocked loose somehow and it only needed to be put back into place, which he did. I was not charged anything. I would recommend Tuffy to everyone. I have had nothing but good experiences at Northville Tuffy.

Most friendly and on top of their game service Ive ever had for my car. Brian the owner was excellent. Even though my request for an oil change and dead battery replacement came in the last hour of the day, without an appointment, he got the battery delivered that I wanted, got the oil changed, and checked the brakes. Fast honest and friendly service
