The work on my Jeep wasn't completed and I had to tow it to another shop to get it back on the road. They also did not offer to warranty the work done at another dealership. Lastly, the service record was incomplete recording the work they did do. I'll never go back there.

I had a Service DEF message come up briefly then went off. I took it to the service dept and they were unable to get any information about it. They were very accommodating and told me to bring it back immediately if it happens again but it has not yet. They didn't charge me for the time they spent. Very friendly folks.

I love taking my Jeep to TruWest. The service team is always polite and kind. They never talk down to me, or mansplain. They explain everything to me before the service. If they cannot perform a repair, they always give me options of where I can take my Jeep. I live an hour away, and I've been taking my Ram and Jeep here for over 5 years and I will continue to do so. The service team is wonderful! I highly recommend them.
