Electric water pump went out on my car. Trinity is my go to place for any mechanical needs and they continued to deliver, as always. I was able to borrow a car for the period of time it took to fix. It was a day max and they had the problem resolved.

They didn't put my vehicle back together properly. A wheel spacer is missing. The wheel well fender wasn't fastened causing the tire to rub. I will contact the shop for the spacer

Didn't fully diagnose problem, simply went to an online discussion board on generic issues and tried to sell a product without thoroughly investigating. Kind of typical for today's shops.

We did find and note the cylinders that were causing your issue, we then continued to find the root cause and found technical service bulletins that applied. We verified the technical service bulletins were correct with your issue and what would need to be performed to correct your concern. We are sorry and we truly hate to give bad news to customers but have to at times to get their concerns addressed and understand the frustration that this does cause to customers at times. We hope you were able to get your concern taken care of an know if there is anything we can help you with in the future we will be here when you have a need.

I am very impressed with this operation. It is so quiet I wondered if anything was going on and cars were being serviced. But I saw the bays were full and the techs working. All my concerns vanished after I heard the solution to the problem I was having. I am certain the quietness comes from the management style and competence of people knowing what to do.

These guys know European cars well and search for outside expertise when appropriate. Prices are some of the most reasonable for BMW specific service; they leave the car clean and really took care of us as a customer. They have twice done us a favor without charge. I could not give them a higher recommendation.
