Never received a reply. Looking through the reviews I was not alone. Many report going for a car sounding as great deal (like the one i was looking for) only to be told that it was sold. So after I received no call or mail reply I decided not to waste time.

I finally found the exact truck I wanted. The sales rep replied quickly and verified that it was in stock. I had cash and asked for photos or video showing the undercarriage. No response, and then it was sold to another buyer shortly after I contacted them.

Didn't like their attitude. They made sure not to have anything in any type of writing. Phone calls only. Visits by appointment only. Smelled too fishy for me. If I'm wrong, I'm sure their reviews will show it.

I put down a $1000.00 deposit and asked my bank to wire the balance to the dealer. My banker said that the account he tried to wire it to was "red flagged" as being possibly fraudulent. He did not complete the wire transfer. There also were reviews on Yelp which questioned the character of the dealer in their transactions. My deposit was not refundable.

The cars all had too much rust, then I found one truck I liked, but the dealer told me it had integrity problems with the frame. So, salesman Joe was nice, but the place was like a mini junk yard. Place was a mess outside with cars everywhere, some in the woods. I never went inside.

Phoned and made an appointment. Drove 1 hour 40min and made it in time for my scheduled appointment just to discover the lady at the dealership had another client view the car at the same time (they got there as we did). She expected me to wait until they were done viewing, test driving etc. Whats the use then in making an appointment. The dealership has a no appointment no view policy. They had my number and confirmed it but didn't have the decency to phone to reschedule if they had a conflicting appointment. I had to get back home so left immediately after arriving. Wont ever go back even if they ran the special of a decade. Cant trust them!

The interaction with the sales team was positive, and the team was genuinely friendly and helpful. The truck I went to see was being sold as I arrived, but not a warning was given to me before driving 45 minutes to see it. I was able to see and test drive another vehicle which I was interested in. I took a 2nd vehicle for a test drive then as soon as I got back (10 minutes at best) I was told the 1st truck I test drove (the 2nd one I was interested in) was just sold. Red flag. This dealer buys at auction and sells quickly- nothing wrong with that business model. However know you will not get a dealership experience as most of the cars on lot are in less than adequate shape to sell at retail. Not a knock, but know what you're getting into.
