A TOTAL AND COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!
my wife and daughter were in Orlando visiting, and the care broke down. they brought it in to check it out, quoted over $1200 for a complete front end replacement. said no and went to the dealer. it was a bad sway bar link. total bill, less than $100.00. don't even think about stopping here.

Hello Mr. Perry, we are sorry to see this review. Your daughter brought in a 2011 Escape initially requesting an alignment. The diagnostic provided was for front end repairs needed in order to properly complete the alignment and most importantly provide your daughter with a safe vehicle.
We fully stand behind our estimate and we did not charge her anything, even though our hard working staff took an hour and a half of their time to thoroughly perform this inspection. Good luck and take care!

Traywicks is an awesome local mechanic. I wish I had given them a try years earlier. The staff couldn't be more friendly and pleasant. I will be coming back with all my work in the future! The "stealership" took me for $9K last time and that was the LAST time. Traywicks has even pointed out basic maintenance the dealership missed like a power steering fluid flush (the steering has been a little wonky lately!). These folks are excellent, honest mechanics.
