Everyone is very helpful and take the time to explain. Unfortunately, 2x I had issues that they were not able to duplicate. However, they encouraged me to return immediately if the issue reoccurred. Special thanks to Evelyn that responded promptly and was very patient and kind.

Our Subaru was dripping transmission fluid and skipping, while being driven. I made an appointment on-line and scheduled an inspection. It was found that the Trans Valve needed replacing. Tranco also found the source of the leak. I really appreciated Ray calling me and explaining what they found. Tranco was great every step of the way and communication was top notch. I highly recommend Tranco!!

They were great. My car was at another shop for three weeks and nothing got resolved. I took it to Tranco and they did a diagnostics on it and found it was that hoses were disconnected from the transmission. My car is now at at another automotive shop for AC work. Don't know if this will fix the problem, but if it it doesn't it will go back to Tranco.
