Had my VW for 5 years and have tried so many shops around Portland because none have been great, but this place was incredible, shortest wait I've dealt with and for an unfortunate amount of work, but I knew that going in, Daniel at the front desk was super communicative and took the time to explain anything I wasn't sure of, and even told me what wasn't necessary right then to save me some money in the short term, they are super honest, friendly people and this was the most confident I've walked out of a shop in the last 5 years, cant see myself going anywhere else as long as I live in the area!
