I had been very pleased in the past with Tradition sales and service. This time was different. There was a nice young girl in the service dept. who was very rude, She said I tried to manipulate the system so I could get the $20. off of oil change coupon.
I had made my appt. on line for Oct. 23 at 11:00 a.m. But when I received the text it came through as Nov.6, at 11:00 a.m. I called the Service dept. and they said the computer system was not working well and it is better to just call. So they made my appt. for Oct.30, at 11:00 a.m. I received an email stating that My appt was for Oct 23, so I went to Tradition and asked if indeed the original appt I made for that date actually did go through and they verified it was on that date, when I got to the dept for oil change the girl was rude and said I could not use a coupon because it had to be made on line. and she said I was trying to manipulate your system , THAT is B.S. She was loud and rude so I raised my voice to her and it was not a good experience. I do not to ever be called a liar, that is not me. $20.00 doesn't mean a whole in these days. It's a stop at Burger King for crying out loud.
I told her how rude she was, and she was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. I ask for my car keys back. and I would be going to Valvoline for my oil changes from here on , and that Tradition has lost the sale of my next new car. I have blocked any future emails or texts from Tradition. If they want to lose customers over keeping rude people that is on them.
