I found Rich low-key and easy to deal with. He asked which cars I wanted to look at and handed me the keys, so I could take my time assessing. He also said it would be alright for me to drive to my own mechanic, about ten miles away, to have him assess a car (although I didn't do that). I ended up buying from another dealer, but would definitely go back to Trade Zone, next time I'm looking for a used car.

The salesman by the name of Zac steered me to a Nissan when I was interested in a F150 , refused me a test drive because I was not buying that day ( told me he was there to sell cars) it all turned out for the best because I read the reviews about this lot after my visit there and most of them were bad.

The sales guy was the only one there and couldn't answer (had no clue) any questions we asked. He handed me a carfax and said all the info was there. I told him I would be back but I knew I was done after the first visit. The office was poorly kept, No air conditioning and very uncomfortable.

Overall if your purchasing from out-of-state. If they say it'll pass in Pennsylvania don't believe them. Obviously the laws have changed in New Jersey over the years since I lived there they will pass junk in New Jersey.. You know like rocker panel ROT!! They should have at least cut me a break on some of the repairs.. $3,000 was a bit excessive. I guess I should have got it inspected sooner but you do have two weeks to get it inspected at that time I had to make an appointment to get done. Apparently there was a rash of inspection frauds going on (No surprise there).... My biggest beef is they said it would pass inspection, did not specify what stated would pass NJ Passes JUNK!.

Zack was a pleasure to deal with. He confirmed availability of the vehicle prior to me making the 2 hour trip. We brokered a fair deal and Zack went to extraordinary measures in securing me the best financing rate possible. He is Aces as far as I'm concerned! I will be contacting them next week to inquire about a spare key to the vehicle (only provided me 1 key, key fab) and the owners manual which was not in the vehicle.
