Every visit the Advisor does not validate his technicians work after you provide concerns. Every diagnostic is good, can't replicate any concern and nothing ever wrong but can clearly be noticed when you drive the vehicle.

It took three tries, but they finally fixed the leaking tire issue. The only other issue I have now is that yesterday I noticed oil leaking, after oil change, from the front of the vehicle. Took pictures to send to Chevrolet, just in case there are other issues with the vehicle. Didn't see any noticeable leaks. Not sure how I feel about their service team anymore. Seems they are not as "precise" as they used to be.

Took truck in for standard maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) When I took my truck in I also had a low windshield fluid notification on the dash. They clearly stated all fluids were topped off. The second I got home I pooped the hood and noticed they put literally like 4 oz of fluid in just to clear the notification. It was still empty! Like seriously? A gallon bottle of fluid is $3 or LESS. L A Z Y

Attention to detail was lacking. I specifically asked the team to top up fluids. They failed to top up the wiper washer fluid. I don't know what else they missed. Last year they "fixed" a tire only for me to discover this year that they missed the foreign material in the tire. When I realised what was happening the tire was no longer repairable and I had to replace it.

Service was for a recall on my Takata air bag. Everything was smoothe and took about 4 hours. Only gripe is the two service techs that check you in and out had the personalitiy of a cadaver. They were very indifferent and gave off the impression they could care less about the customer. They definitely did not appear to like their job. Will not be back for service at Tracy Chevrolet.
