Always a great experience. The waiting time is always pretty quick, no more than an hour and a half for most routine service. They have a nice lounge and a coffee machine, the staff are very service oriented, couldn't be happier with Toyota of the Desert.

I travel 20 miles to get to Toyota of the Desert because of their service. I like the waiting area with popcorn and coffee, too. I am only two miles from I-10 Toyota, but they stole things from my car and 'created' a return to fix a rattle. I have NEVER returned.

The service was prompt and friendly but they told me a lot of maintenance items needed to be done in addition to a new battery and what it would cost. When I said I would defer having those items done until I got to my home dealership, they reduced the cost by $400. I approved the work at the reduced price but feel like they quoted me an inflated price.

I've been to them for years. My car was recently totaled and I got a replacement used Toyota Prius 2011. It had not been as well cared for/serviced as my previous Toyota 2011 but less mileage. The dealer got it in shape and up to date with servicing and a major repair.

Terrible customer service. Everyone acts like they are doing you a favor. From service advisors to shuttle driver no one cares. On top of that my car was serviced and they didn't even check the fluids. I had to go back a second time. I do not recommend to waste your money here. Be careful!

Because I am elderly and handy capped, the service writer was very helpful by getting me a chair during check-in. Then when picking up my car, he had it delivered to the door of the pick-up area and brought the paperwork out to the car for me to sign. He then helped my get into the car, folded and placed my walker into the backseat! This extra effort saved me a lot of very painful extra steps. Thank you!

I made an appointment as a result of some nice lady transferring the service I purchased from a previous car to my new car. They saw me quick and treated me good. Their coffee machine was not working but other than that everything was good.
