I was there for four hours, an hour longer than I was told worst case scenario would be. During that time, they were to do an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, and a software update. After four hours, they told the oil change and tire rotation were done, but they needed another hour to do the state inspection and software update. I left without the update or the state inspection because I had to go pick my child up, like I told them at the start of the visit. It should not take four hours do an oil change and tire rotation, especially when you have a scheduled appointment.
