Call to set up an appointment next day at 8:30, I show at the dealership and the person supposed to replace the back glass wasn't there, truck was a day in there, estimate of the repairs was one at the time of service and they charged me more money than the one agreed, truck was dirty after job completed. One good thing is that they have a shuttle service.

I had been having problems for several weeks with the car losing the custom settings I would implement due to a faulty Data Communications Module, but Matthew was able to help get the faulty unit replaced. He even sent me some pix of the "surgery" required to replace the faulty device. Kudos to Toyota of West Covina and Matthew Reyna!

Normally, I would give Toyota a five star but this time they actually did the work, but as I drove off the lot, there was a loud clanking underneath my car and I didn't have time to take it back. Finally I took it back last night and we'll see if they can fix the issue that wasn't there originally.

After I got my service done the car kept dying and needed to be jump started every morning. I took it to another service center and they said I my DCM was faulty and needed a firmware update which caused a defective battery that couldnt hold a charge. The other service center replaced the battery with no charge and performed the DCM update.
