The team did not seem as professional as in the past. I had an appointment, that didn't seem to matter.i was there almost 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. They put the wrong sticker on windshield for time and mileage to return for next service.

I had received the same service months ago for an advertised price of $39.99 and they did not add any taxes or fees at that time. Their advertising is misleading.

Took my Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid to Toyota of Sylacauga for it's first oil change and tire rotation. The service people were friendly. The dealership people were friendly. They not only gave my RAV4 it's oil change and tire rotation, but they also did a full inspection of the vehicle to make sure everything was still operating with normal parameters. Who else does that? Thank you.

I got my oil changed as per my visit but was told my truck would be washed as well. The Toyota guy checked me out and explained everything that was done. He told me to have a great day and I told him the truck was not washed well - he said oops it will be about 30-40 more minutes after I waited 20 to get checked out

The shop manager was cordial and understanding about my situation but I didn't like the fact that I received a text message about an oil change and tire rotation selling price was for $39.99 and when the service was done, the price was for $125.00 so the manager changed the price for what it was quoted for in the text message that I had received from your dealership.

Had oil changed. Oil level low light burning when wife drove home. Checked and oil barely touched dipstick. Called and Kevin came and filled with about a quart of oil. Kevin was great and explained oil level to me. Completely satisfied!

I asked them to check my tires. I told him that I keep losing tire pressure when I got back in the car my tire pressure light was still on. They did not check the tires. My tires needed to be plugged. They didn't even put air in the tire.

SERVICE WAS ADEQUATE WHAT WAS COMPLETED HOWEVER THE REASON THEY ARE RECEIVING 3 STARS IS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GET THE SAFETY RECALL PREFORMED OR VEHICLE WASHED AFTER 2 HRS AND 53 MINS. VEHICLE WAS PARKED OUTSIDE AND FORGOT ABOUT BY THE SERVICE PEOPLE.
