The mechanic rotated my tires and replaced the front brakes. One of the wheel caps was not put on the wheel after it was removed so it can be serviced. This is not the first time that a service tech has done something like this. Now one of my wheels is missing an intermediate wheel cap/cover. I am dissatisfied with the service.

They have a bogus charge for an inspection I did not authorize. Requested an oil change only, was charged an additional $31.51 for something I did not ask for. Just another way to rip off customers. Will not be going back to their dealership.

Outstanding service. All items were completed in the time promised. The price quoted was the cost. All the people who work there are so kind and professional. The waiting area is amazing!! Extremely clean. Sarah kept me informed throughout the process. I always find Selma Toyota to be awesome!!

I always have my car serviced at Toyota of Selma. i asked Jason if they repair flat or leaking tires. i had explained that the leak was very slow and that i had to add air every two to three days. He said yes, when i got my car back from service he said they didn't have time to fix my tire. I didn't understand and he said the leak was too hard to find and they didn't have time, I find this to be unacceptable.

The service on the car seems to be ok. The service writer, did not have all the services I requested completed on the car and even after I was obviously upset about the situation she never once apologized she just said well that's the way I do things. Normally selma is my favorite service dept. If I use them again I will not be using Sarah again, I will wait for the next available person.

I decided to get the engine degreased and pressure washed, as it was only an additional $29.95. And it was recommended by the service tech and advisor. They didnt remove the engine cover when the engine was washed, therefore the engine is still dirty under the engine cover. They also didnt replace one of my valve stem caps, therefore I now need to purchase a new cap.

Outstanding service provided by Chris, manager at service counter. He went above and beyond to get our 2019 eco Prius back on the road. Not only was the problem solved (allowing us to continue our trip) but the car preformed better than ever. We did not buy our car there but he treated us like a valued customer. The service department excellence is a testament to Chriss management of the division.

Selma Toyota serviced my rav4 and completely took care of me, my service advisor Chris Mankin totally helped me resolve an issue that came up during my visit to the service dept. Even though I can have this rav4 serviced in Visalia I will continue to drive to Selma Toyota for service as I know that they are very thorough and always keep the customer satisfied. Wish I had never gone there. No service at all just terrible. Never called back nothin. Payed for detailing, never called to set up an appointment. Found someone else to do the work. Salesman lied on the transaction. Just terrible. Never want to go back there again.

I had Toyota representative call and tell the dealership how to fix a issue and which they did while I was on the phone with them since I had an appointment the next day. On the day my car was getting serviced I got told they dont remember the call and then try to pawn me off to a to the guy who sells cars instead of getting the lead mechanic. Needless to say I did not get it fix and now have to call another dealership.
