Everyone was polite, courteous, friendly, and professional. Said be an hour. Was pleased only waited 15 min. bringing plenty to do with me. Enjoyed my service representative who helped. Was excellent. Always plan the day for car service only cause we never know. Usually not hurry. Enjoy coffee bar, and delicious home made cookies while waiting. Always pleasant waiting area. the assistance service manager was a breath of fresh air. I went in for a Toyota Rav 4 recall was told to bring it in once there was told possible 2 hour wait for a 15 minute part replacement because documentation takes about 1.5 hours. He had me in and out within 45 minutes.

Casey was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. My truck was fixed as far as we can tell. It's one of those process of elimination things. But, it took 5 1/2 hours to balance my tires and do an alignment. That seems rather excessive. I had an appointment and was an hour early. Not being from the area it was inconvenient to wait that long.

Rockwall Toyota is always efficient, taking care of the car in a timely manner. My service advisor, Kasey, is always available to answer any questions and always friendly. They never tell me I need service or parts that I don't really need, which is not true of all dealerships. Being a Toyota dealership, I know that my Toyota is repaired correctly with genuine Toyota parts. I always trust my car to Rockwall Toyota.

All went well with my service visit and I was informed of when my car would be ready as each process was completed. Carl my service tech was very professional and friendly and did give me a discount on my services. I also had the lasted GPS map card installed and quite honestly the cost of that was way more than I thought it would be! But all in all, satisfied.

Mickey is fantastic!! He was my service manager at Sports City for 20+ years. He explains what needs to be done and the cost. You never get the feeling the bill is being padded. It is an additional 16 miles (42 miles total), but an exceptional service manager is hard to find.

They did a good job. I had an appointment for an oil change, which was about an hour wait. I had a coupon which they honored. My ONLY issue is they rotated my tires WITHOUT asking me first which was an extra charge, I was not planning on. I didn't say anything, but it bothered me ALOT! I should've been asked first and Not assumed. Thanks

My advisor and tech were very good.
My issue is with CarFax in that I was advised that service was due and even past due, which was not the case. I went in for a scheduled appointment approximately 2,500 miles too early. Luckily, it was not a complete waste of time in that a recall was remedied.

Service is very professional and prompt. With an appointment, waiting for service to be completed is minimal. Someone continually checked on me as I waited to check that I was being served and that I did not need anything. I like the fact that I am also updated by text as to the service that was being done.

Latest service visit was the most pleasant ever experienced at Toyota of Rockwall. Everyone one was extremely pleasant and helpful, and did what they promised. I'm not sure what new policies were implemented, but it sure is a nice change that has occurred at this car dealer

I liked the knowledge and professionalism of the service advisor Scott at Toyota of Rockwall. I like the efficiency and quality of the oil change and tire rotation.
I did not like the hip hop music in the lobby or how loud volume it was playing at. this was 10:30 on Monday morning, not a Friday evening crowd.

1. Lack of good communication throughout the process.
2. Repairs took 3-4 times as long than originally estimated9 days and estimate was 2 days, 3 at the most.
3. I was charged over $100 for expedited shipping that I didn't authorize or approve.
4. After spending $1500 on a new fuel pump assembly to fix the gas gauge, it still didn't read accurately when I left the shop.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did not complete the tire rotation. When I called my service advisor, he said he would get back to me about my refund and he never did. I have recalled separate times on different days and can no longer reach my advisor. The service desk said they have emailed the manager about the situation but I still have not heard back from them weeks later.

The service department shows a lack of attention. Neither the service writer nor service technician bothered to get the mileage correct on the ticket or oil change sticker. They were 20,000 + miles off. Just going through the motions not really checking over the car.

I stopped by without an appointment to have my emissions done they did my emissions they performed a recall and they repaired a chip in my windshield even though I showed up without an appointment.

I made the appointment on line. They had a variety of convenient times available. They performed the service I needed and at the time did not try to upsell me on a number of other services. They did give me a breakdown on those services and communicated with me after the appointment to make sure everything went well.
