Prices keep going up. Fairly large increase for same service done just 3 months ago. This was McGeorge Toyota. Now Ourisman Toyota and not as good and more expensive. All kinds of fees and extra taxes. Found out why. It owned by Graham Holdings Company, an investment group who's main purpose is probably "stockholder value". McGeorge was family run. Ourisman is run as a profit center for investors looking to get the stock price up IMHO.

I walked in looking for help because the danger lights had gone on in my car. The very nice man at the counter took in my car & managed to have my car totally fixed in a short period of time, & figured out how to get the service covered because the car was still under warranty! I brought him some brownies when I came back to get my car, & I told everyone in line that he was absolutely friendly & helpful to work with!!!

Toyota has two waiting areas. The lower one provides entertainment & games. The upper level is a quite area for those of us who enjoy reading books or using our phones or tablets. Water fountains are found on each level & you can bring snacks, books, and electronics to help you pass the time in a nicely decorated & comfortable setting. Large windows allow you to enjoy the scenery outdoors & bathrooms are nearby.

Repairs not completed. Parts ordered for Glass/Moonroof and Mirror. Returned on June 27th and work not completed due to all parts not being received. Worked performed on mirror and sticker was left on replacement mirror. Arrived at 7:50am and did not receive vehicle until after 1pm. Still have to return on 07/11/2025, hoping for completion. Service rep Aaron Ball was excellent, but unfortunately service repair team is not up to par.

Salesman was kind off rude. Showed me the car with the engine light on. When I asked about it, he basically told me they couldn't do anything but get it checked out. No money off and that he could've let me ride home with it after he turned it off and if it came back on it was my responsibility

The repairs were fine
The customer communications were awful. After multiple attempts to speak with someone just to check on the status of my highlander (it had been there for a week). I had to ask to speak with the manager just to get the status and when it should be ready.

Went in for state inspection and oil change as I do every year. Figured it was time for some bigger things to be replaced or taken care of. Didn't expedct to hear about six things. Ended up in a good coversation with the advisor, settled on 3 things at shop, 2 on my own and one that could wait. I suggest talking to the advisor before agreeing to all.

Love their business section at 2nd floor. No children allowed. I was able to work while I wait. I noticed others just relaxed and napped. I say it's ideal place for napping. The service was professional, quick, and I felt as my time was valued and respected. Btw they have the best coffee I've had from any other dealership. Making my experience with Ourisman Toyota the best.

Usually very good. However very little communication from service member. Never called to say my car was ready. I found it in a ready parking slot on my own. I text the service member to see what was going on. Still to this day never returned my text. Work was good but communication was a bit lacking

I received two texts while the car was in for service. The first one gave me the impression that the car was ready but it actually meant it was now in the shop being serviced. When I went to the cashier to take care of things they let me know I would receive another text when the car the car was actually ready. She indicated that people misinterpret the first text all the time.

I purchased in Richmond; however, I live in Hampton. I have been bringing my car to RVA for serving & State Inspection. This time I did not realize, the car did not have a 2026 sticker on it until I was back in Hampton. I would have to return RVA, 80 miles from my home or find a local dealer. Needless to say, I am disappointed!!!

After car was serviced when I drove away my temperature gauge was moving to Hot had to go right back. Why didn't they check everything before I left? makes me think they just took my money!! :(. Service advisor was awesome, compassionate and honest, this is the only thing I like about going there!! Will give him 5 stars, not Ourisman Toyota will never go back there!!!!

After getting my car serviced, the tire pressure warning lights came on immediately. While I was at the service center, I mentioned this issue to the Toyota service member, but he told me that I would have to wait a long time in the queue to get it checked. Ideally, this warning should have been addressed during the service.

Kelly was WONDERFUL, BUT when I picked up my car and drove off the lot I heard a TERRIBLE NOICE. I drove a little ways up Broad Street and it got WORSE so I turned around and went back!! Their was something in my TIRE that had been picked up from the SERVICE FLOOR!! LUCKLY it didn't do any damage to the tire!! The SERVICE FLOOR NEEDS TO BE KEPT A LITTLE CLEANER OF DEBRIS!!

Mostly good, but I have no indication on my paperwork that they checked tire pressures when they rotated the tires. When I got home, I found one tire inflated 4.5 psi above specification. The other three were real close to what they should be. A similar thing happened on my previous service visit.

I think they were very attentive to our car, this trip in. They repaired a battery problem about which we had our car in before, a t this location. In reality, we paid twice for what should have been repaired the first time we brought it in. It needed a J hook to hold the battery on place! So it took two visits and two new batteries! Otherwise, I would've given five stars.

Could not figure out why the tire pressure system triggers a warning, so just reset the tire pressures and cleared the warning. Three hours later the system is back in the failure mode. Also, brake wear is getting less than the previous check. This ignores the brake squealing.

Great experience, rental guy even stayed after hours to make sure i had something to drive. He went the extra mile and called me to make sure i still wanted the rental and was showing up for service on the weekend.
