Staff was nice & friendly. Service was fast with new brakes front & rear, oil change, tire rotation & brake fluid flush. They did not check the battery terminals though which does have some corrosion on one of the termianls. Overall the service was great & the price was better than I expected. Thank you.

We did not end up purchasing a vehicle here. First, they guaranteed financing that they could not follow through on. It felt like we were dismissed after that which was their loss. We came back with cash in hand and were snubbed. Giving three stars for their used vehicle condition and warranty.

I had my car in for service for a recall that was fixed they did a 19 pt service inspection which I was told that my air filter need replaced so I purchased one only to find it was replaced only two months ago it wasn't even dirty so I'm losing trust in someone that you thought you could trust for car repairs.

The person I talked to originally found coupons and got the price down which was greatly appreciated. However, when I came in for service, the quote got scratched out and he gave me another price. That price was then changed when it came time to pay. Make sure you document all interactions, otherwise you'll end up paying for it!

The service itself was excellent. Fred was super nice and helpful. Just had a negative experience after the complimentary car wash. My vehicle was left soaking wet on the outside. Doesn't look like they even bothered to dry it one bit. Needless to say, there was grime collecting on my windshield soon after. To add insult to injury, someone unscrewed the antenna on top of my car and just left it below the passenger seat. Not cool.

I had a whistle noise coming from front side of cabin, I recorded the noise and informed the guy and shared the recording, they did not drive car for 30 min as I asked and said they could not reproduce the noise. They are over booked and dont pay attention to any of the issues you report. I would not recommend this place.

Good job I would like to have given 5 star, however they rotated the tires without informing me and I had just done them three days prior to the service. So they ended up putting the tires right back to where they were before haha. They are going to redo them this week but this could have been avoided with better communication with me (a new customer). Next time I'll know what to expect, and I'm sure it'll be a 5 star review.

A simple oil change shouldn't take over an hour if you had made an appointment prior, the excuse that we are busy today always comes up, well maybe you need more advisors or techs. The last time I waited about 1.5 hours. Please dont consider an oil change express service if it takes that long.

I saw a car I liked and arranged an appt. A team member took care of my needs since the contact was at a memorial service. Great experience, other team members helped me too. Bought a car, but needed to bring some info in on a second trip, again the team made sure to carry the ball. I finished up with my original contact. Great work guys.

They never contacted me when the part came in. They charge over $100 to take door panel off to find problem then put it back on so they could charge me more to take it off again. That was over $300 more. Then they screwed up the tint on the window and would not admit it was their fault.
