I had called for an estimate prior to having the transmission serviced, I had no surprises on the bill, was told an hour and a half and was it was on the dot to their estimated time. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, personable. The facilities were clean and bright.

Service center was smooth check in process. Work was completed in mostly a timely matter. Check out and payment center was also smooth. One star subtracted for not working through the bill to answer questions. It felt like the service department was unclear about the billing, billing also was unclear about charges.

Two issues: 1) they didn't put air in my spare; 2) they didn't replace a lug nut that is missing on right front wheel. that makes me wonder if they really did rotate the tires.... I should have remembered to bring these things up with them, but I did expect them to notice and take care of them. They didn't.

The service department is always friendly and helpful. This time they provided great customer service and if there were any other items that needed to done they called and explained what needed to be done and why. Their prices were very reasonable and best in the area. They do an excellent job and we will be going back.

Inconsiderate, rude, and only care about money. They tried to overcharge me for service that should only be close to $100 but they tried getting me to pay AN EXTRA $50 for something I specifically DID NOT ask them to do. After arguing with them, they eventually did not charge me the extra $50 and swore to them I'd never come back again! I don't recommend this dealership to anybody! They'll try to overcharge you for nothing!

there was abit of a mix-up, I took it to the dealer I had purchased it from expressed my concerns, but when the dealer took it to Toyota of Pullman, those concerns were not expressed correctly, there for work was done that did not address the problem, at no charge to me, due to the communication error, so it has to go back again, we will see on the next go-around.
