They accomodated me quickly with an appointment. They also drove me home while the service was being done and then picked me up again when it was finished. That is very important to us because we only have one vehicle. Poway Toyota is always very accomodating.

Took longer than planned. Didn't provide any updates. When I inquired after the estimated time, mentioned the need to replace the cabin air filter. Should have mentioned that at the beginning of service. Wanted over $800 to replace an air vent tab. In the past, have pushed hard to upsell with "dealer recommended services" that go beyond Toyota's recommendations.

Poway Toyota is dependable and always fixes my car without a hassle. However, this time instead of sending me back home in an Uber the service represenative had me sit in your waiting room for 5 hours. That made for a very long day and I was disappointed in this. Previously I had always been sent home by Uber. We only have one car and really appreciate that service.

Courteous staff. Maintenance took slightly less time than estimated. I did not hear that my car was ready early. But on a hot day, I came back to wait in the air conditioned dealership. When I asked how much longer I would be waiting, I was told the car was ready. I did not get the "ready" text until I was already home with the car.

Was greeted by service member at the drive in for service & after a bit (I was early) Jessica after helping another elderly lady, came & got me after check car. All went well , with my preventive maint. Jessica kept me up to date & informed. No problems.

J.D. was the Service Advisor and was very helpful. The main issue was the Hybrid System, which ended up needing a replacement of the main hybrid traction rechargeable battery. The cost was substantial, but significantly less than I thought - definitely more cost effective than replacing the car.

Toyota Poway Staff is always amazing, no matter who you work with or talk to. They are very helpful and just plain nice. I enjoy going to the dealership for routine maintenance and they go so far as to always call you by name which is very personable and I for one really appreciate that.

I thought it took quite a long time to do an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to wit instead of just dropping off because I had to be somewhere around noon, I brought it in around 8am and did not get out until almost 1130am. I will still bring my car back because it is located near my house.

Oil change and inspection went smoothly. I always get oil changes and inspection at the dealership. I feel I get a reliable report. If my car needs additional service, I always have the option to get things like brakes or tires done elsewhere, so as not to pay the high dealer prices.

Great customer service, reasonable price for quality and assurance . Had oil changed and brakes done. Art communicated throughout the whole day. What an asset to Toyota , Poway! Dropped vehicle off early and I was provided a rental car for the day so I could still make it to work. Extremely happy, will return.

Took several hours for an inspection and to reprogram blind spot monitor. They left the front cooling fan disconnected, which caused the AC to not work. No excuse for this poor level of workmanship.

The staff and the facilities are very nice. I loved the fresh baked cookies! However, the wait time was far too long. They said it was because it was a holiday weekend, and I get that, but it seemed over-scheduled and stressful for the mechanics.

Redid seals, o-rings, and fluids to correct leak on water pump. Quickly followed up on alignment changes and AC operating stops. Jessica is always prompt with schedules snd follows up quickly.
