oil change, turned into a nightmare. someone did not tighten the oil plug. oil every where, they had to pick up my truck and fix the problem. not happy.

Got there early. So that we would get in right away even though we had an appointment. Was very confusing. Cars were not lined up, but parked with large gaps between the cars. Employees were trying to manage it.

My first service experience was perfect. Thanks for the attempt at providing charging station for devices in the waiting area, but it doesn't work that well. Maybe look into that.
