They over tightened my lug nuts 8 broke off while changing the breaks. One of my calipers wasn't releasing break fluid, so I took it to the dealership to see exactly what the problem was. After the diagnostic test the said it was the abs module and it would be $3,000 parts and labor. Brung the car home bled breaks in sequence now the car is fine lol. If it wasn't for the recall my car wouldn't have been there.

Wasted my time, super long wait just to get my multi point inspection report and that's only because I got tired of waiting so I got up to ask an adviser. Didn't offer any discount for my inconvenience I had to find them myself, damage done to the touch screen frame in my car and all I went in for was tire rotation and oil change.

After the wheel alignment and tire rotation I hear a horribly loud sound when I brake or do a slight turn... My tires are directional rotation so something is majorly off and honestly as a female I'm certain they won't fit the issue but instead try to blame it some something else to pay
I paid nearly 500.00 For a "free" tire rotation , an oil change and wheel alignment

Tundra pass inspection with all green check boxes except for some tire wear that needs to be addressed in the near future
One day later my tundra would not start because of heavy corrosion built up on battery post. This should have been catch by technician if the had open the hood. Not pleased. I clean post and jumped the truck and no problems since. Very disappointed with Toyota tech.

15k service coverage doesn't include an oil change, Toyota, a company who profits from selling vehicles recommends oil changes every 10k miles. I go to Valvoline for an oil change, they're recommendations an oil change every 3k miles. Both companies recommend what benefits their business I efing hate it here.

The customer service at the cashier was atrocious. Two ladies were there with a serious attitude problem. Then my wife's brand new 2024 had the steering wheel cut 3 inches from where they did her alignment. When the service agent was asked to come speak with me in front of another service technician, he replied with, " I don't have time". Terrible experience.

My service agent Gabby, was very attentive to my needs and kept me updated on my vehicle. Didn't wait more than 2 hours which I excepted so it was nice when they were done within 1hr and 1/2. It's the dealership so yes I pay a bit more than expected but it's worth it to me. I will definitely keep going back.

John contacted the courtesy van driver and I was able to visit a friend during the servicing of my car, which really made the time so much better than sitting in the waiting room.
