Toyota of Orange works like a well oiled machine. Staff is friendly and courteous. The work is done in a timely manner. There is a shuttle that takes you home and well pick you up to return you to the dealer ship, if need be.

My guy Eduardo Ruiz with absolutely fabulous. I feel like he's a longtime friend. Made me feel very comfortable in every way. The only problem is one of my keys battery isn't very good so I'm going to need to go get a new battery for my key. Which I believe cost $7. I think I'll live.

It is hard to know if you are being advised truthfully of your service issues.An ex.=Auto windows did not work after last service. I was told it would cost $$$ to fix. When I got my car back after this later service, the windows worked again....(?) My remote key broke. Told it would cost $425.00 to replace. Said I would use manual key..Then told that entire computer needed to be reset for $425.00 . !
