I asked for a wash & vacuume when I arrived. They only vacuumed the floor mats and didn't wash. I sent it back and then they only washed and didn't vacuum under the floor mats or the seats. I did ask them to vacuum the trunk and the trunk seal which they did very nicely. The engine service was done well.

I brought my car in for a 115000 mile service. The check engine light came on that am. When the service was completed the light was still on. I spent over $500 this month for a battery and diagnostic testing and paid $300 for the service plan at this visit. And now, my check engine light is still on and Toyota is asking for additional $180 more diagnosis to figure out the check engine light. Had enough with diagnostic costs.

The young man who helped me was great. I didn't like that the scan area I went through to see if I needed a alignment kept saying I was driving a Honda CRV and not my 4runner so they had to put it on a lift and do it manually and it indeed needed an alignment. Tumwater Toyota is great

I scored it low because they often forget to reset the next device reminder regarding the next date for service. I know I can click the button to stop the reminder, but its nice to have a reminder to do the service at the proper time. At some Ill take it in to adjust the next service, but its not convenient right now.

Went in with flat tire. Toyota said it was unrepairable and sold us a new tire. They gave us a tire of a different brand and tread. We had them remove that tire and refund the purchase. Went down the road to Les Schwab and they fixed the flat in 10 minutes.

The staff was very kind, nice and professional. My budget for 90,000mile check up was around $1000, he recommended the most urgent service first and told me that I can take care of the rest for my next check up.
He called me when the service was completed and arranged free ride between the waiting time so I could take care of other things.

I appreciate the service by Toyota but am disappointed in the fact I can no longer use my navigational system on my 2019 Rav4 Adventure. When I ask for help I'm told to download Entune again, even though I can nol onger find it in the app stores and I was told that Toyota no longer used Entune.
