The inspection of the vehicle was detailed. The list of items concerned was provided. The waiting area was nice and one of the salesman was knowledgeable. The wait of the oil change was long due to under staff. The vehicle was ready after after 1 hours 15 minutes, however, the advisor took 30 minutes to get to paper work (under staff).

Wonderfully quick service (I arrived before my scheduled appointment because of I had to be back at work quicker than expected and they kindly fit me in to check that I didn't have an exploding battery : ) and mechanic was super clear about what needed to be done during my following visit. Perfect service as usual in this shop!

Very unprofessional. They claimed to have the car that I was interested available and on the lot, but when I got there 30 minutes later it had sold.... Think they put up a good price to lure people to the dealership. Bad service, unethical salespeople.

Donnie was great to interact with. He was very pleasant and helpful. The suggested repaired needed was twice the amount needed to fix the problem. Getting the same parts and performed at a very reputable shop was still 1/2 the cost of toyota's price. I have had fantastic service at this location a few times previously. Their pricing for this repair was just ridiculous for anyone to consent to.
