The staff was very friendly. The place is very clean and welcoming to everyone. The staff provides you with live updates and progress report through the visit including a video summary from the mechanic. Lastly, my rep Laurent was amazing, kind and very through. Whenever I schedule a visit I request to see him. He is great!

Went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Also had an alignment done (from how it was driving I thought it needed this) as well as an engine air filter - which I was told at our last visit it would probably need. My daughter is about to drive the vehicle across country and now I feel much more comfortable with her doing so.

Brought in my car with a dead battery. Dealer insisted on performing 'critical' services that had nothing to do with the battery, including a fluid change that had been completed 2 months prior. They gave me a quote of over $2k for unnecessary repairs, and $400 to replace 4 tiny running lights. I declined. My mechanic replaced the lights for less than $50. I will never return to Toyota for any vehicle maintenance.

Every time we have dropped off our car it's a great experience! We literally drive out of our way to go to Naperville Toyota when we live 10 minutes to a closer Toyota dealership. Worked with Jeff Suva and the Toyota technician to troubleshoot a rubbing noise from the passenger side rear wheel. Problem was diagnosed as a rusted out brake backing plate that was rubbing against the wheel. Plate was removed as the cheapest option for a car that is 17 years old. Diagnosis and repair was done efficiently and expeditiously.

Toyota of Naperville replaced a valve cover gasket previously 3 months ago and it was proved to be leaking with the use of an engine cleaning and oil dye to show where leaks were found.
They stood behind their work. Replaced the valve cover gasket a second time and confirmed no leakage shown by dye. The work was done for free to correct the previous work performed. Company's that stand by there work are hard to find.
