I felt rushed getting the car I got , they didn't want to help me look into a Corolla instead of the Corolla cross just to see if my payments would be cheaper. And they also do not do a return policy if you do not like the vehicle. I got the most basic model and still owe $39,000 not including interest.
They didn't let me take the car home before the financing was finished and come back the next day to finish all the paper work.

Vehicle went for an alignment here via Gerber Collision. The tech who drove the vehicle out of the alignment bay smashed it into a parked truck in their parking lot. Caused over $3k in damages. They are covering the repairs (as they are responsible for the damage) but good Lord, how do you take someone else's vehicle and drive so reckless you hit a parked truck? I get accidents happen, but this is just crazy.

Came back to Toyota of Murfreesboro for four wheel alignment because Discount Tire could not get it right (the steering wheel was always off center, fortunately they did refund my money for the alignment). Toyota also replaced the front disc pads and machined the rotors. All is good now.

I like the thorough inspection that is performed on my vehicle by Toyota service centers, and then the ability to pick and choose which options I want performed. Reception in garage bay always rude with employees acting as if you are interrupting their day and they are doing you a favor by acknowledging your arrival.
