Fast and cheap oil change but later calls for battery prices and warranties not returned. Called two days in a row. Service dept did not pick up and when I left my info with whoever answers the phone, I received no call backs. Went to Auto Zone and got good price and they installed my new battery. They forgot to tighten on of the pan bolts and there was a rattle each time I closed a door. After a little investigation I was able to find the issue and tighten up the bolt. There wasn't any danger of oil leakage just an annoying rattle. I'll be back.

As far as we know what was done to the car was ok, but we were provided three sets of paperwork before we got the right set. The paper stated we owed money when we know the car is under maintenance. I called to make sure we did not owe anything. The girl checking us out seemed very confused and the car "wash" was unsatisfactory. Hoping next time will be better.

Overall the sales team wasnt too bad. The one thing I would change is when they know I am driving from 2 hours away and they know about when I will get there, then I should not have to wait 1.5 hours to sign the paperwork. I paid cash for the car so that wait was pointless. The bottleneck of one person (aka the sales manger) being the only one who can sign is ridiculous. Eveything should have just been waiting for me.

I was told by my sons that they thought an engine noise should be checked and I had a tailpipe that was loose. I was assured that the engine noise was normal and they would order a new sleeve for the tailpipe. When the new replacement came in I returned to have it installed.
