Everything was done well and the new battery was programmed to the car including updating the clock and the other vehicle functions. Your service adviser Michelle arranged an Uber service to drop me off at my and to pick me up at my home since my car was not completed until the afternoon . Kudos to your entire service department.

It took about an hour and 15 minutes for a PRE-SCHEDULED SERVICE that only took 0.30 hours of a technician's time! Noted that their labor rate is $197 per hour!! They have an extensive Waiting Area BUT it's kept at a very cool temperature, so take a sweater or jacket.

I am sorry you had to wait for your vehicle. We usually quote about an hour and a half for the service. The scheduled appointment is with the Service Advisor not the Tech because we don't always know how long the actual service might take until we look at the vehicle. I made an appointment in Toyota of Lakewood because I had a 50 minute drive to the garage, there I waited 1/2 hour for the seller to announce that the car had just been sold... a week later they called me back to tell me that the car was not in fact sold but that it was being inspected when I came!! not serious

Well, I had to bring it in twice to discover that the pre-collision system was deactivated simply by pushing a button. The service tech tried to convince me to spend nearly $2k on parts and service I didn't didn't need. As it was it still cost nearly $300 for basically nothing. I've had good service there in the past. This time not so much.

I liked that everything was done right. What I did not like was the service coupon that stated that the $20.00 off was only for the Bradenton location and not for the Lakewood ranch dealer .The service advisor Michelle informed me that she talked to her manager and was able to get me the $20.00 off my oil change .

I had a battery replaced that was still under warranty and all went well. I received. 50% off, but I felt like I should have gotten more off because it was a 7 year battery and only lasted 2 years, but aside from that it was fine as far as customer service is concerned

Little to no customer support after purchase. After purchasing my vehicle, I requested assistance on multiple days by leaving multiple messages. I was always promised a return call and never received it. Make sure you have all your paperwork completed before you leave the lot.

My service writer Jorge treated me right. Was experiencing intermittent engine ping that the mechanic could not replicate at the time it was in, but advised me to bring it right back if it started doing it again. The service team was thorough and will continue to use Gettel to service my truck.

My issue stems from a 10 amp fuse blowing which caused the vehicle to loose several functions. Although they replaced the fuse and I got the vehicle back the same day, it blew again 2 weeks later. My vehicle is back at the dealership now. Same issue. Hopefully they fix the cause of the problem this time.

I was met by service rep (Jacob) right on time. Process is very fair - he points out what I might need for service, doesn't hard-sell extras, and gets it moving. There's plenty of room to spread out in the waiting area, so I can have privacy and get some work done. Only down side - they asked if I wanted a complimentary carwash but forgot to do it.

Got our AC fixed this time. Didn't fix it the first time we had it in there but once it broke completely, they were finally able to look for and find the problem. Took a bit longer than it should have, had it 2 days, but at least they solved the problem.

Didn't like it when I went there to get my head lights adjusted under my warranty which was only 2 weeks old and was told I had to bring it back to where I purchased it from Sarasota Toyota and they also said they didn't have anyone that adjusts head lights. So I had to drive All the way back to Sarasota. It only took around 15 minutes to adjust them. Free of charge.

Yve Cosgrove was the agent who helped me and she was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, certainly, I want the service agent to be knowledgeable, but it is also important to me that they are pleasant. I enjoyed the time there while getting my car serviced. I have to schedule some follow-up brake work which I will take care of soon. I am happy to be able to give her a well-deserved positive review!

Service advisor was nice. While getting an oil change, service technician sent report that my car needed a brake flush; I just had one six and a half months previously ( July '23). He also put in report I needed a cabin AND an engine filter, when both of those were changed 3 months earlier and 6,000 miles earlier. ( Nov '23) This did not give me a feeling that this dealership is trustworthy and honest, very disappointed
