Kept us waiting for several hours for an oil change. Discussed the issue with the service rep and the comments were to be forwarded to the manager to get back to us. We did not hear back and we are assuming they just don't care about providing quick and reasonable service

Service and inspection was performed properly and with reasonable cost. However, I dropped off my car at 12 pm (noon) and it was not done until 5:30 pm for a tire rotation and oil change. They have not even notified me. I called by the time the clock turned 5 and they said come in 30 minutes.

Oil and filter change took 4+ hrs after having to continuously inquire on the status after 4 hrs. Never got an update from the advisor and on-line service status never worked. This was not my first time they took so long for something that should not have taken long. I did have an appt.

Prompt service responding to loss of air in a brand-new (month old) tire on my Prius. Cause: Nail. Triage with air from a gas station; then to Toyota at 0715H. James, who has been our Service Rep., responded. Requested having the car back by 0900H. James followed-through. Tire repaired. Picked Prius up shortly after 0900H. Thank you. Jim Bordenet

Excellent service They kept me advised of the progression of my service and any additional unanticipated repairs. My car is a 2002 RAV4 and they've never fiailed to fix it without any sales pressure. I recommend their service to all my Toyota owner friends

They told me I needed a new water pump & tires (bald). Tires have plenty of tread (only 35K miles on 90K rated tires). Car isn't overheating or leaking fluid. No other issues. Runs great! Doesn't need a water pump. They're lying to me hoping I don't know anything about cars. Might contact state authorities & report criminal activity.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful. During the initial service, they uncovered a serious issue with my vehicle that required immediate and additional service. The dealership was able to provide me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. The team worked with me on financing which was really appreciated since it was a big unexpected expense.

I use this dealership for my maintenance as they are reasonably fast (no where nearly as quick as a corner quick lube kind of place). I want to have someone familiar with other aspects of my 4X4 having eyes-on to possibly catch other hints of needed maintenance items coming up. They have a pleasant waiting area, as well as office-like work stations where I can do work on my laptop to pass the time.

very disappointing service this time at Toyota of Kirkland. I question if I will go there again and it bums me out because I am trying to take excellent care of my vehicle and wanted to have all of its service performed at the dealer where I bought it....ridiculous, they didn't even submit the specific services performed...zero details...quite the opposite from the dealer rep I had the year before that was on top of it.

Long wait due to tech staffing support even though appt scheduled. My report said my air filters were in the "yellow" range and could be replaced at next surfacing. My husband bought new filters at T of K after finding the filter was actually dark grey. He thinks they never looked or they would have changed it. Luckily, he knew how to do that.

Comfortable seating for customers who choose to wait for their vehicle. Coffee and cookies are back YIPPPEEE! Generally pleased with my experience - ALTHOUGH - SW update to fix bluetooth interface doesn't seem to work. Called and left a message to service advisor - no call back. Thank you very much.

There were minor scratches that were not buffed out. There is still sap on the Mylar. They said they didnt have anything that would take the sap off without taking the protective Mylar off. The inside was cleaned and detailed very well. The outside was disappointing.

Everything was good but I did not receive a car wash this time which really sucks also I had an appointment but had to wait in line with all the people that are coming in off the street it defeats the purpose of having an appointment if you have to wait 2 to 3 hours

When I called to set my appointment. I specifically asked about the navigation app. It wasn't downloaded in my car. I was told to bring it in. Brought it in. When I brought it in. I was told my 2021 Rav4 doesn't have the feature. Though my screen shows an app for navigation. I just waisted my time bringing it in. Should have been told on the phone.

When I purchased buy car I had a wonderful experience but when I went to get my first service done it was ok it was during a holiday so I am hoping that that's why the service wasn't as good as the first time around. I am going to go back once more and see if it will be a better experience due to the holiday.

They are good people with dependable quality service, a productivity-enhancing waiting area with free wifi, a very nice snack bar with free beverages and a nice hot menu selection. I pay more for the oil change than I would at Jiffy Lube, but the overall experience and amenities are well worth the extra cost

The people are friendly. My time was very long almost 3 hours, but when my agent explained and immediately appologuised for the long wait even before they started on my car, I was more understanding. I will be going back to them as a returning customer.
