My vehicle was timely received. I was advised what the service would include and an estimate of how long it would take to perform the service. The service was performed and the vehicle delivered at the time the Service Provider at the estimated time. I have no complaints.

The greeter skipped me and my car and checked on the person behind my car first. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in for my appointment. But, the service person who did help me was apologetic for the other guy and gave me a discount for my oil change. After that, the service was fast.

Service employees were very friendly. However on the way home I noticed the car was vibrating so when I got I checked the lug nuts and they were not tightened, seems as if they were just hand tightened. So I took out the lug wrench and tightened them. That took care of the vibration.

As far as service goes I was greeted and checked in, he asked why I was there. Technically I had another 2000 miles on my oil change from July but someone didn't reset the button. So my service rider made sure before I left this time it was absolutely reset. Now that's good service Think there needs to be more spaced out seating for customers.

I've been with Kingsport Toyato since 1987 and I have trusted them for service. I still do but I believe the pricing is getting so high that seniors like me will have difficulty paying these prices. Is there any discounts for Seniors and long time customers.

Got an appointment without issues when I wanted it. When I got there everything was fine except my service tech was confused when I told him I had a warranty on my electronics. Got a phone call saying my car was ready for pickup. When I got there everyone was like a deer in headlights. Who called? When? Etc.. the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. A guy volunteered to take my money and let me leave

In and out on time. All questions answered. Easy to schedule online. Ac in waiting area is wonderful. Comfortable seating. Great advisors. Respectful. I do wish they did a light vacuum of floors or washed windshields. I cannot clean my interior windshield.

Work performed in a timely manner. Had a brake fluid flush on my new to me Highlander with 250,000 miles on it. I don't think it had ever been done as the fluid was black. Clean fluid and very happy with the service. Waiting room had plenty of seating so no problem there either.

Well, I was sold this truck and was told it was put through the 100 point inspection and it came back with 3 major problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. They wouldn't fix the truck and now I'm waiting on them to replace the truck going on 3 weeks now.

Service was fine, just tire rotation and routine checks, done promptly. The service technician changed settings on both my mirrors. I have them adjusted to eliminate blind spots in traffic. He had no reason to do that just backing it out of the bay. I didn't realize it til I nearly cut someone off on the way out of town. Tell them to keep their hands off the mirror adjustments, or at least tell the owner that they adjusted them!

Good but may have been better had the last service inspection 2 weeks prior noted that the oil seal was leaking. Had to be repaired during this visit. Last service tech apparently was negligent in reporting as service tech at this trip noted that the issue was not new. I have now lost confidence in the service technicians.

The people at Toyota of Kingsport are very customer oriented. The service people went out of their way to be sure our vehicle was serviced correctly and quickly. The accommodations in the service waiting area were great. They even had treats for our dog.

I came in with no appointment. I had a noise in the back , soundwed like suspendion ot axel. I was leaving on a 400 mile round tripo to Duke med that day. Your maintenance dept spent 33 hours trying to find it. They only found a socket sliding inthe compartmant under the back cRLWT ABOVE THE SPARE.Confident the rear suspension would make the trip, we toolk off by 1:00 PM. The trip went fine. I appreciate your help. Thanks
