Brought vehicle to dealer. Dealer provided a ride back to my house. Benjamin the driver was very competent. The next day I was advised by dealers rep that my car was ready. I got a ride to dealer and picked up my vehicle. 15 minutes to do paper work then I was on my way. Thanks for nice experience.

I was told I needed an alignment AGAIN!! However the previous 2 service calls with Toyota of Irving I was told the same thing and I went ahead and had it done twice. Once I questioned it the tech looked up the info and I was told it was an error and no I didn't need one!! What's up with that??

Brought my car in because it wouldn't start. They told me it starts up perfectly fine and then had a long list of unrelated things to fix. Kept telling me they would call me and never did, and they kept delaying it. They went from telling me it would be a day or two to keeping my car for a whole week.

Did my own brake job but had to pay them $150 to reset the computer and it took the tech exactly 2 minutes to do this. I know that for a fact since I asked the tech twice in the service garage. No more Toyotas after buying 15 vehicles from Toyota since 2010! Scam just to rip off the customer, ME!

Several Hardware and system alerts were activated when I received my car back after an oil change. At first they said it was just the battery because it was so low. But after I replaced the battery all of the alerts were still there. I took it back in and they were able to successfully clear all of those alerts.

Toyota of Irving has the most inviting facility around. It is sparkling clean! All members are truly service oriented, professional, and knowledgeable. The waiting areas are well thought out and comfortable. And my car was ready in the timeline provided. Best experience with a dealership in a long time.

This was the most disrespectful dealership Ive gone to. The salesman didnt even have the car the car that I was looking to buy when I showed up after driving an hour and half to get there and then started showing me cars I couldnt afford. When I did find a car in my price range there was an abundance of hidden fees. Salesmen told me he would loose his job if I didnt buy the car totally unprofessional i am never considering them again.

The person working with me could have been a bit warmer and friendlier.
The prices are very high! I paid close $400 for regular maintenance service for a more than 6 year old car in great condition.
The cookies were nice and the coffee still warm so that definitely helped with the waiting period.

I didnt leave my car with the service shop.
There was no service advisor ready when I arrived. Once I received help, the service advisor was indifferent and condescending. I was also misinformed after calling multiple times about provided transportation.

The paint work was done well. Considering that the work was done on Toyota's dime, I am not going to complain about the lack of follow-up. If I was paying for service at this Toyota dealership, I would recommend they keep customers informed on the status of the car, if they find extra areas that need to fixed, was the work approved by Toyota head quarter.

Very nice staff very clean and very professional. informed me of a cost before they did anything. They weren't pushy. The only downfall is they never wash my truck or ask to wash it. If you ask to wash it they charge your for it. Not cool, that is the only downfall. Other than that great place to get your call serviced.

They did not reset the maintenance reminder so I have to make a second trip. Very inconvenient. Always makes me wonder if the service was performed if the counter is not reset. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this dealership (2 for 2). Maybe I will drive 30 miles to a dealership that resets the reminder fir my next service.
