Never have had a bad experience with them. Little thing would be that they had promised to pass the vehicle through their car wash but did not and left all the plastics in the vehicle prior to returning it back. No big deal just little things. They have always been good to us so 5 stars

We cannot express what a pleasant experience it was to buy out car from Toyota of Hemet. Everyone was so personable and the whole process was so smooth. We drove 90 min out of our way to purchase our car from them and would do it again in a heart beat.

As a walk in, I understand that I have to wait. But after 3 hours of waiting, I asked the service advicer on the update on my car, that was only the time they put my car into the shop and asked for 30 minutes more. I would have been waiting the day if had not asked for an update!

Overall experience was excellent from the moment I arrived I was immediately working with one of several in the service department went over everything back and forth and was given a time line when my truck would be completed and it was as stated to perfection and really most Toyota dealerships are also as good and reliable

I liked having an appointment that was convenient for me & the ability to check in right away. I was able to wait for my vehicle in a comfortable waiting area that allowed me to get some work done. I was promptly notified when my car was ready & checkout was quick & easy. What I didn't like is that there always seems to be another service that is needed & no specials, discounts or coupons to help reduce the cost. (Upselling)

A day and a half just to replace the differential seal on, I think it's to much time and at the next day I had to check the differential level fluid and it was half away I filled it up by my self cuz cuz the technician Daniel don't care about the customers cars I won't recommend this service shop.

Toyota charged me $2150 for a new water pump n labor. This is a $700-$800 repair. They charge $250 an hr. For labor it's high way robbery. I sold my Rav 4 back to them a week later as I did not like how the car was performing and didn't want to fall into a lot of Maintenance costs with A car was 6 yrs old with 120k miles.

I was greeted when I drove up and directed to my service advisor. My service advisor was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was told it would take 2-2 1/2 hours to complete the maintenance, and that timeframe was spot on. After paying, my vehicle was driven to where I was standing. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous.

I got a new truck back in the end of July it had bigger tires and it was lifted I found the speed was way off which when you buy something new the speed should match how fast I am driving and not to be way off I should not have to pay for it to get fixed so please take care of this truck or I will not buy a new truck or car from you again

Toyota of Hemets service shop technicians dont know there from the elbow. Requested them to troubleshoot a squeek from my suspension and they proceeded to tell me it came from a hiem joint, they then told me how they greased a hiem without taking it apart. I was charged 140$ for a bad answer, work that was not performed.

I am extremely disappointed in Toyota for not supporting the failing transmission oo my 19 Highlander. While researching transmission problems on the internet I discovered that this failure is a common problem with Toyota. I am told that replacing the transmission is necessary and there are NO replacement parts available
