I feel like they care about me as a person and keeping my car running perfectly.i am a mature single woman but I know to call Service and ask for Joe when car issues occur. It is a part of making Hackensack a great place to live. It is calming environment although everyone is working hard.

The technicians took almost 3 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation when I was told it would take an hour and a half. I think it is unreasonable to take that long for regular maintenance. I'm guessing they are overbooking or they don't have enough personnel to handle the workload.

Highlander has stop/start system which turns off at lights etc to save fuel. However you need a strong battery to re start. Car died at a light and needed a tow. Toyota diagnosed battery and replaced it . Expensive battery(ov $300) but necessary because of the system.

Be aware , Any one drop off vehicle make sure vehicle pick up not missing items. There is no accountability get your issues resolve, You can't reach out real mgmt who owns business.
