I asked service team to check my air conditioning and he said it was working fine. I knew cold air was not occurring so then took it to my local service station who said the Freon is very low and a new compressor is needed. Will need this done and Toyota didn't detect it.

Service location was ok but offered to do recall service . Agreed . Would have taken 3-4 hours and offered shuttle service to home but denied pick up once service was done and had to pay for taxi to go pick up . I shouldn't be responsible for manufacture recall service and I shouldn't pay for transportation .

I needed a ride to get back home because the service was taking long. The person that attended me told me to wait at the waiting isle. I was there for like 2 hrs waiting. They said they would call my cell. I ended up walking back home like 17 minutes, also that person that attended me was not very polite.

Hi overall it was good. But I had specifically asked to take a look at my headlamp that was having some issues. They said they will do it and didn't do anything. Maybe it was something that was missed. Otherwise I'm happy with the service. The wait times are moderate as expected.

I had a great experience on Sat 8/16/25 at the Toyota dealership of Hackensack NJ. The only thing I wasn't happy with is that the service adviser said that my battery is bad/ dead no print out or paperwork to show the proof. I had it checked at another mechanic shop and was told it's still a good battery operating at 80% and had plenty of battery life to drive still. My car is only 4 yrs old with 33,000 miles on it.

The need for repairs was not explained. My car needed brakes and an alternator belt and several other repairs. I explained my concerned and why I made the appointment but I was given a new battery and told to drive the car more often. With No explanation of the need for repairs It was listed on my receipt but I was not aware of the problem until after I picked up my car . There was no Explanation of the problems and need of repairs

The staff was very professional and finished the work in a timely matter The only thing was I reported that I was having issues with my foot sensor for trunk release. They said there is no issue and said I should get the salesman to show me how it works. That was an unexceptabl comment. They should have showed my that it working. I am still having issues with it .
