Every time I go to get an oil change they try really hard to find something wrong with my car. If they can't find a problem, they try to create one. I thought they were cool until these last few years. They really need to do better. I have been going here since 2016. Seriously. I know if something is going on with my car. You don't have to try to get over.

Recently took my 2018 RAV4 XLE Adventure in for recall (replaced battery tray and lock down bar) at 7am and needed to get to work as quickly as possible, let service rep know, and he relayed msg and was out of there with excellent service in record time (even though was super busy) with cars lined out to the street (I was probably vehicle #8! Thank you for accommodating my request! Very pleased with the service visit!

Service took quite a bit longer than I expected (2 hours). The service video was flawed and the service agent didn't address it even though it flagged (incorrectly) a safety issue. I was asked to sign for my service showing an amount due and the agent did not explain that I did not owe that amount as I have prepaid plan.

I was there to have my brakes serviced and was informed I didn't need service at this time. I tried to have them serviced to avoid issues in the future. well, now not even a week later my brakes are giving me a pulsating feel when I brake at 70 to mph.

I don't own a Venza. Never have. Yet I continually get emails & texts about upcoming service appointments & once even got an electronic receipt. Even after MANY calls & emails, Toyota of Greensboro can't seem to be able to send these notices to the correct owner of this car.

I was disappointed in the entire process. I sent an email to Toyota of Greensboro and to the attention of Mary Rice and I have never received a response. I am really disappointed. I was told one thing and received the complete opposite. I have been coming there well over 25yrs and like I said disappointed. It would of been nice to get a response. But I received nothing. Guess they don't care about their customers.

The last time the young man came to me and showed me the vid from his table and I approved the work but this time that didn't happen and I wish I had known because I would have gotten it done the day I was there so now I have to wait until I get some free time to get it done.

The hatchback door is not working properly when you open it it goes up 2-3 inches then after pressing the button it might go up or down when you get it to go all the way up you have to press the button 5-6 times I'm going to take a video of it for you to fix it

11/8/24 Tire rotation & alignment. 12/4/24 Leaking rear brake seal replaced & new rear pads replaced. A day after 12/4 service while driving on I-840, truck began shaking at 60-70mph.(In town driving was fine) On 12/12/24, dealership found tires out of balance, was corrected with no charge. I just find it disheartening that the tires were not checked for balance on these two services for the time & money I spent.

I had the tires rotated & aligned. The battery wasn't giving me any trouble, but with winter here I had it checked & they decided it needed to be replaced. Since it was still under warranty there was no charge. They did suggest new windshield wipers & again, with winter here it seemed like a good idea. The waiting area was comfortable & it only took a couple of hours.

I had the Air & Engine Filters replaced & a Wheel Ailment done while there also. I have an excellent Service Advisor & I was very happy with the excellent job their Service Staff did.
