My battery was replaced 3 days prior to car not starting. To eliminate greater issues car towed to Toyota Gallatin. Service appt booked for the next morning at 8am. Called the next day. No svc. Car would be svcd next day. Called 2:30 next day. Beg svc. Battery cable loose. Car is fine. 2days w/out Car, with scheduled appt for next day. Car picked up with bird droppings due to sitting under trees for 2 days.

My car sat for 90 minutes without being worked on and then sat in the ready line for another 30 without them notifying me. I walked to the counter and the service rep acted like it was nothing. This is by far not the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

They where wonderful. They took a video of the inspection they done on my truck and sent it to me which i thought was very helpful to me. This is probably something all dealerships do now but this is the very first vehicle i have ever been able to buy from a dealership so im new to this process myself lol also they did the inspection on my truck and oil change within 45 minutes so i will continue to use them for all my vehicle needs now

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I advised them i had a flat that morning and tried to mark the hole with some blue painters tape but i had to drive an hour so it might have come out. They couldn't find the hole even though they supposedly looked twice. Sent me out without fixing and and told me i could stop by a discount tire and get it fixed...

Customer service in the service area is bad, they dont call you back, you get different quotes for everything and you ask what the price is out the door and its 100s more in the end, they stand at the counter and ignore you, when you call up there you gotta call numerous days amd leave different messages on different advisors phones and still no call back they claim.phones are messed up.
