Mel the service attendant was absolutely exceptional! He remembered me from the last time and made sure everything was up to par and beyond. I'd recommend Mel Rodriguez to anyone. He is honest and caring and professional. (Unfortunately I cannot say the same for some other attendants who were very misleading at Downtown Toyota Service Center - but Mel is amazing)

When I first took my truck they said a sensor was blinking when I showed him proof that there was no sensor blinking when I gave it to them with a picture that had a timestamp they started stuttering then all of a sudden when my truck was given back to me there was nothing wrong with it I filed a report with Consumer Affairs

It was efficient and my concerns were promptly addressed. I don't think there much more I can ask for. The only thing I wish was better was for their paperwork to be handled better. For a moment, it seemed I would incur a charge that it later become clear I wouldn't pay. But beyond that, the service was great.

This was the first (5k miles) servicing of the car. Got an appointment for 10am on a weekday. There was a bit of queue and the car was taken in for servicing at 10:21am. The servicing was completed at 12noon and the pickup was smooth. They provided a one way Lyft from the location to my home.

Trustworthy, Videos of all inspections and service. Usually multiple avenues of communication about your vehicles status. This past visit was a fail in that aspect. No communication, no answered texts. Car was no listed a complete, so it and I sat for 2 1/2 extra hours. I had to complain to staff about status of my car and it took two tries before the found the issue and generated the paperwork.

The coupon rate they honored and I serviced the car. Usually they do a good job on all my previous services. The van when it went in service had no errors but came out with check engine light on and they said they can scan it for $300 and it took them 15 minutes to bring the car out after I paid and gave the invoice to the staff. I just brought my car back as $300 is steep just to find out the error codes

Says they confirmed tires were at 35psi on paperwork. Tires were at 30,30,30,28 the next morning. I didn't realize or think I had to check when I left but happen to the following day. Just realized as well that they did not rotate tires as part as the service requested and paid for through our package.

Was first in @6am and service was finished at 8am. Tech provided a short video detailing pats and work to be done after initial inspection. Remaining brake and tires life was noted. Given opportunity to have fuel and oil additives provided @ $20 ea. Overall a good warranty interval service was completed.

I like the service after that my car I feel like a new car , only thing I feel very expensive if you can work over the price and do a little bit down , it will be fantastic. In my case all my service the dealer did it , I don't like someone touch my car outside , only the dealer.

I had an appt and arrived early. It took over 40 minutes to get checked in. I was told service would take 2-2.5 hours. When I checked on the progress at the 2 hour marked, that service tech Abraham lied to me and told me he had said the service would take 4+ hours.
Customers with an appointment should NEVER have to wait 4 hours for their service appt.

Terrible..my car had a flat and they took long to replace the wheel. I received towing service from here and the tow was not a fit for my car and it turned on other lights in my car for maintenance. When requested to review they said i would be charged for every light looked atso i decided to not follow through just to find out that they reset the maintenance lights

I've rated Toyota of Downtown LA multiple times, and my vote never changes. It's a "Five Star Affair" when purchasing a car or having service done. They explain everything and never once have I felt taken, or misinformed. The service is always fast, accurate, and done right the first time.
