Felt attendant has nice disposition until customer declines on a recommended service. There was a really trustworthy attendant who used to work there; a black man who had been there many years. I miss that kind of knowledgeable, professional, and kind experience.

Staff gave a complete check up on the car as I will be using it for distance/ highway driving and the automatic lane feature, pulling me back into a lane. It's taking over control of my car was annoying and frightening. The staff showed me how to turn it off. They were also careful not to prescribe services that weren't necessary.

I brought my Sienna in for regular maintenance. A few items were discovered that needed attention and could take up to 3 hours to repair and adjust. I approved the work. A little over an hour and a half later, I was told the vehicle was ready and washed. Great job done by all!! Keep up the good work.

Sylvester Jackson is always 5 star!! But the new phone and wifi equipment didn't allow me to talk to or text him, and the service tech's message was emailed to me 7 hours after my car was to be ready in 2 hours. So the cabin filter didn't get changed because I didn't know about it until car picked up. Someone needs to address this issue lasting the past 4 days of it hasn't. Thanks!

Very disappointing service. Staff was unprofessional, I waited too long, and they didn't provide everything promised in my service plan, including the car wash. One employee was even eating behind the desk while speaking with me.
