Usually we get exceptional service here. The last few times we were there for our Toyota Care, the car wash had been broken but they still vacuumed the car. This last time, nothing was done. I had total brake job done and brakes squeaked badly 1 week later. After taking it in again to fix this the said it was uneven wear on my tires. Completely untrue and laughable. They obviously did not shim the brakes and did not want to do the rework. I will never take the car to that Toyota dealer.

I ended with a vibration on my steering wheel after the rotation, I took it back and the vibration persists and they told me the problem was the tires but the problem wasn't there before the rotation so I took someplace else to have a second opinion and they fixed for me, I'd recommend it this place and I'll take my car to another dealer next time.
